Common questions
Why don't I see fuel economy yet?
Economy is worked out between full fill-ups. Log at least two full fill-ups with the fuel amount and the odometer reading.
I typed the wrong odometer reading. How do I fix it?
Open the expense and correct the reading. The vehicle's current mileage is worked out from its readings, so it updates straight away.
Why am I not getting reminders?
Check that notifications for Carex are allowed in the iOS Settings app, and that the vehicle has its insurance or registration dates filled in.
How do I get my data out?
Use Settings › Export Data to create a CSV file you can open in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything stays on your device. See the privacy policy.
